Trisha and Thara Releases Captivating Single

master mentalism tricks

“Too Late Again” is the latest single from Boston’s exciting duo, Trisha and Thara. The teens, who also happen to be sisters, light up the scene with their melodic brilliance, all the while the musical undercurrent channels modern feels. Emotionally attached yet detached from lingering too much into the past, “Too Late Again” empowers and infuses the much-needed shot in the arm to the current mainstream music scene. For all you dreamers out there – “Too Late Again” hits all the right notes and perfectly matches the words you’ve been looking for when it comes to a boyfriend or girlfriend that hides something.

And sometimes hiding involves the truth or even not physically showing up. “Too Late Again” has this wonderful way of melting pop music’s “don’t bore us, get to the chorus” quickness with music that settles in and moves along like a wandering riverbed. The music is airy, and at the same time, nocturnal enough to have hues of blues and dark purples running alongside. It’s that mystery that keeps you listening, and with Trisha and Thara’s excellent vocals, you get much more than what you think you’re getting. In other words, this isn’t just a typical ‘candy coated’ pop song. I think there’s more to their emotions and I think in their concise way of communicating that they are moving beyond this particular boyfriend, they are growing as both young women and young artists.

Trisha (16) and Thara (13) worked with renowned Massachusetts’s based producer, Brad Young of BKY Music. Young’s resume includes working with Danny Wood (New Kids On The Block), Marky Mark and LFO. Young’s stamp is definitely heard in this track, but I think the sisters have a natural ability and capability of steering the rhythm of the song and the direction they want to go. Young’s track record with fellow “Bay State” musicians is evident. He has a knack for pop music. This is true. “Too Late Again”, though, seems to carry the pop torch into a whole new level of EDM and dance electronica – but not far enough you feel like the bass grooves are pelting you in the chest. It’s a chill groove and mesmerizes the listener’s ear from the get-go. It’s summer-like, too, and feels like there are moments that crave to be heard in the car – with all the windows down. Get ready to hit the coast with this single.

Young in age but seasoned in life’s lessons already, Trisha and Thara have found a way to create a song that appeals to listeners of all ages. Love is a universal thing, and for some that might not present itself in the romantic way but leave it to these singers to find a way to fully create those moments that shape us all. “Too Late Again” is a stirring pop song with electronica peppered about like confetti. It’s a song that gets you feeling good about yourself and feeling pretty darn great about the state of music. Trisha and Thara have a strong hit on their hands.
