What has been the driving force of your career in this upcoming New Year?

darcy: we have a new song coming soon! i know we’re all very excited for you to hear it

logan: new music is always something to look forward to!

nate: new music very soon, i’m beyond excited for you guys to see what we’ve got!!

zane: like darcy said, we have a new song for you guys to hear!

Are you planning to do anything BIG next year for your career?

darcy: we’re really pushing to play as many shows as possible (stay tuned to see if we’re playing near you!)

logan: hoping for big shows coming up!

nate: shows! shows! shows!

zane: were always looking for shows to play!

What adjustments have to be made in order to get to that goal?

darcy: we all live very busy lives. trying to balance college, family, relationships, and friendships is hard. but this is something that we’re all so passionate about, that it’s worth it.

logan: like darcy mentioned our biggest struggle is time management for our shows and rehearsals due to school and our busy lives but as long as we plan ahead of schedule than things seem to work out pretty smoothly.

nate: it is a large balancing act, and sometimes you feel like it’s all about to tip, but it’s worth it in the end.

zane: carving out time for shows and rehearsals in the midst of college is the biggest adjustment that all of us have to make

What personal goal have you set for yourself that you’d like others to think about too?

darcy: we want to make sure everyone feels heard. i hope that there are people out there who listen to our music and can relate to it or feel connected to it in some way or another.

logan: personally it is very important that organization is key within my life and that is just a on going goal that will never end.

nate: like logan said, organization is key to living a well balanced life, and i feel like i lack that a lot of the time, and want to do better!

zane:to connect with people in any way shape or form! Being able to connect with people especially at our live events is crucial to the success of any band

Making more moves in this New Year can be really exciting, is there anything that you are nervous about when it comes to your career? How do you get over those nerves and go for what YOU want?

darcy: trying to make it in this industry is nerve racking enough. there’s so many opportunities that you’re nervous you’re going to miss out on! however, it’s important to remember that if this is what you want to do, you have to be relentless.

logan: one of the many things that is scary about the industry is that you never know who will be at a show that you play at so you should always be playing your best even if it is something small.

nate: what’s great about being a musician, and what’s also the most anxiety inducing, is never knowing what’s around the next corner, and sometimes you have to remind yourself that it’s okay to not be world famous, it’s okay to still be waiting and planning and hoping.

zane: careers like this are very unpredictable so you must be ready for anything to fall through. Always be looking for things to do and shows to play!

What chances are you taking in 2023 when it comes to collaboration?

darcy: zane and i have actually recently started a duo project that we’re super excited to share with everyone!

zane: as darcy said, we have a duo, and we are in the process of producing our first song!

Name the word of the year for 2023?

darcy: perseverance.

logan: determination

nate: balance

zane: tenacity

Setting intentions is so important especially when accomplishing your goals! How do you make sure to keep that heart and drive you have for yourself?

darcy: i keep myself and the people around me accountable. i’m kind of like the mom of the group. i try to remind everyone what they need to do, when they need to have it done by, and how they need to have it done.

logan: accountability is such an important factor of life that i was not blessed with for such a long time. It wasn’t until late highschool i got a taste of accountability in my life and realized what i was missing out on.

nate: keeping myself accountable! as a chronic procrastinator, sometimes it’s hard! Also helping run the back end of the band, whether that be our website (go check it out), our merch (go buy some), or just helping plan logistics of shows!

zane: trying to do my part for the band by staying up to date on our setlists and throwing ideas out for new songs that we could play. fans and shows also keep me motivated
