Elon Musk Denies Ex Ashley St. Clair’s Million NDA Claim About Movie

Elon Musk has denied his ex’s claim that she was offered a $40 million NDA. Musk has dismissed Ashley St. Clair‘s claims as a lie.

TMZ recently reported that St. Clair said she rejected an alleged $40 million NDA offer from Musk. According to St. Clair, signing the agreement would have prevented her from publicly discussing their relationship. Responding to the claim, Musk said St. Clair was never offered such an agreement.

The Tesla CEO replied to TMZ’s post on X, saying, “She was never offered that and has a history of making false claims.”

Ashley St. Clair’s NDA claim adds new chapter to ongoing Musk dispute

St. Clair spoke up at the Venice Film Festival claiming that she rejected a $40 million NDA from Musk. Musk’s ex further elaborated that she decided to turn down the offer so that she could be a part of the documentary, ‘Musk’. Ashley stated, per Variety, “I want to set the example for my kids that you should never take being materially comfortable over speaking the truth.”

The claim adds another chapter to the ongoing dispute between the two. According to TMZ, St. Clair previously revealed on Don Lemon’s podcast that Musk first contacted her through X direct messages. Ashley and Musk share a child, Romulus, and are currently locked in a custody battle.

St. Clair previously sued Musk for sole custody of Romulus. A Labcorp test later showed a 99.9999% probability of paternity, according to The Wall Street Journal. Musk allegedly also offered a $100,000 monthly child support payment to prevent St. Clair from speaking about his paternity.

In January, Musk announced on X that he intended to seek full custody of Romulus. He wrote, “I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy.”
