According to GIA, a nonprofit institution specializing in gems and jewellery, folks born in June have three different birthstones (lucky!): pearl, alexandrite and moonstone.
The most common June birthstone is pearls. The satin-like stone has been loved by many for centuries, and it’s commonly associated with purity, humility and innocence. And Moonstone, believed to bring great luck, signifies love, passion and fertility. The colour-changing Alexandrite, on the other hand, symbolizes luck, prosperity, and intellect.
