What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Timeborne?

Ever since I was a little girl, I was constantly telling stories to my friends and family. When I got older, I became obsessed with books and reading. I was able to escape reality and read about different places and people. When I turned sixteen I wanted to write my own book and started plotting out my favorite themes and tropes, and that’s how I created my time traveling series.

What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

My favorite genre is anything romance. I love historical, contemporary, and fantasy romance.

Yes, what I read is what I enjoy writing.

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

My TBR pile is never-ending. Right now I have some dark romances and also some mafia romances.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

My favorite scene is when Olivia is taken to the emperor for the first time and she fights for her life.

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

I love to listen to movie soundtracks while I write, it helps me get into the zone.

Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?

Patience is the key to victory.

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?

The journey that I will take them on during the whole series, because it will be a wild one.
