Ever since 1990, China has been speaking of a New World Order, a multi-polar order that spans the globe. What does a multi-polar order mean?

China wants to eclipse the United States. In the words of China’s dictator, Xi Jinping, China wants to be the new rising sun that replaces America’s old sun, a sun that’s setting. “The East is rising,” Xi says, “and the West is declining.”
In the four days after Sunday August 31st, China took a giant step toward the USA’s decline. In Tianjin, China, Xi convened the 25th annual meeting of something few Americans have heard of: The Shanghai Cooperation Organization, a Eurasian political, economic, and security forum. That meeting signaled a massive shift in the global balance of power. Why?
Look at the guest list: Vladimir Putin of Russia, Kim Jong Un of North Korea, Narendra Modi of India, and Masoud Pezeshkian of Iran. Not to mention leaders from Turkey, Venezuela, Cuba, Pakistan, Viet Nam, Mongolia, Malaysia, and the secretary general of the United Nations. Plus leaders from fifteen other countries and major international organizations.
While our president is shattering the system of global trade and global governance and is leaving our role as leader of the Free World behind, China is picking up the pieces and running with them. China is announcing itself as the new defender of the global order. And China is presenting itself as the global order’s new leader.
From Sunday October 31st to Monday September 1st, the attending leaders discussed the opposite of what our government is enacting. With America first, we are precipitating economic fragmentation. But the participants of the SOC meeting discussed economic integration. Which means that they aimed to pull together the world our president is pulling apart.

Just as important, China pushed for resistance against Western influence and an end to the leadership of the United States. Said Xi, “Global governance has reached a new crossroads. … Today, humanity is … faced with a choice between peace and war, dialogue and confrontation, win-win cooperation or zero-sum rivalry.” What does that mean?
We attendees of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization must take a clear stand against Donald Trump, the United States, and the West, and come together under the leadership of China. The leadership of Xi Jinping.
Then there were discussions of military cooperation. The primary goal was allegedly to confront terrorism. But there was more. As Xi put it, “The Shanghai Cooperation Organization security forum now bears ‘greater responsibility’ for safeguarding regional peace and stability.”
In other words, China was inching into a role that the United States has monopolized since 1945, but has now abandoned, the role as policeman of the world.
And India, the nation with the world’s biggest population, signed on to 23 of the the sessions’ 24 agreements.
In case there were any doubts, Xi ended the conference with shock and awe. He brought leaders like Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un to one of the most ambitious military parades in modern history. A military parade of 12,000 men goosestepping with an astonishing array of weapons, many of which put the Chinese way ahead of the United States.

Those shock weapons included:
· four different kinds of hypersonic missiles at least two of which are designed to destroy our military crown jewels, our eleven aircraft carriers.
· Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles carrying up to ten nuclear warheads each with a reach of up to 9,300 miles. Rockets that can be launched from trucks or railroad cars so their launch sites can be hard to find and even harder to strike.
· Enormous 42-foot wingspan robot planes loaded with guided bombs and designed to double the firepower of the squadrons of stealth fighter jets they were designed to accompany.
· Lasers and electromagnetic pulse weapons, weapons we are still just experimenting with, massive truck-mounted ray guns designed to incinerate incoming drones and missiles.
· Two new kinds of mammoth, autonomous, robotic underwater submarines up to 60 feet long.
· A rocket on a wheeled launcher that experts suspect is a satellite killer. Kill America’s satellites and you grind our military to a halt.
· There were even robot attack dogs fitted with sensors and rifles.
But the bottom line was this. There is an unspoken military alliance in the world today. It’s the Axis of Evil. It includes Russia, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, and of course, China. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting put that Axis of Evil at the center of a globe-spanning coalition. A coalition with a combined population of three and a half billion.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting gave that Axis of Evil the allies it will need to accomplish its key purpose—to make the United States and Western Values obsolete.

Bloom’s new book is The Case of the Sexual Cosmos: Everything You Know About Nature is Wrong. Says Harvard’s Ellen Langer of The Case of the Sexual Cosmos, Bloom “argues that we are not savaging the earth as some would have it, but instead are growing the cosmos. A fascinating read.” One of Bloom’s eight previous books–Global Brain—was the subject of a symposium thrown by the Office of the Secretary of Defense including representatives from the State Department, the Energy Department, DARPA, IBM, and MIT. Bloom’s work has been published in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Wired, Psychology Today, and the Scientific American. Not to mention in scientific journals like Biosystems, New Ideas in Psychology, and PhysicaPlus. Says Joseph Chilton Pearce, author of Evolution’s End and The Crack in the Cosmic Egg, “I have finished Howard Bloom’s [first two] books, The Lucifer Principle and Global Brain, in that order, and am seriously awed, near overwhelmed by the magnitude of what he has done. I never expected to see, in any form, from any sector, such an accomplishment. I doubt there is a stronger intellect than Bloom’s on the planet.” For more, see http://howardbloom.net or http://howardbloom.institute
