Thundercat has announced a string of 2023 live dates winding through North America later this year. The musician will officially kick off his In Yo Girl’s City Tour on August 5 at the Newport Jazz Festival in Rhode Island, before stopping over in Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Brooklyn, Dallas, and other cities and, eventually, heading to Brazil and Chile for a few dates in November. His last concert on the trek will take place November 15 at Santiago’s Teatro Coliseo. Find Thundercat’s full itinerary below.
Thundercat’s most recent album, It Is What It Is, arrived in 2020, and won Best Progressive R&B Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards the following year. He also made an appearance at the 2023 Grammys, playing onstage “Bad Habit” with Steve Lacy.
Just last month, Thundercat teamed up with Tame Impala for the new single “No More Lies,” marking Thundercat’s first official single in three years. Later this month, Thundercat will play a handful of concerts with Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Strokes.
