Bad Bunny has been added to the performance lineup of the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards. The Puerto Rican rapper and singer will perform via livestream from New York’s Yankee Stadium, rather than as part of the VMA ceremony at New Jersey’s Prudential Center. Other VMA performances from J Balvin, Anitta, Panic! at the Disco, Blackpink, Lizzo, and a duo consisting of Marshmallo and Khalid will take place during the event.
The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards take place on Sunday, August 28 at 8 p.m. Eastern. Kendrick Lamar, Lil Nas X, and Jack Harlow are included among this year’s nominees, along with Harry Styles, Doja Cat, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Lizzo, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, and more.
