Spider-Man and Ned Leeds have reunited in the latest ad for Brand New Day. In the clip, Jacob Batalon reprises his role as Peter Parker’s closest friend for Liquid I.V.’s official collaboration with the upcoming Marvel film. The commercial follows Ned as he makes his way through New York City in search of a refreshing drink.
Throughout the ad, he finds himself near a series of dangerous situations, including a near-robbery and falling objects. While Spider-Man prevents each incident, Ned remains completely unaware that his longtime friend has been looking out for him the entire time.
The advertisement is part of Liquid I.V.’s partnership with Spider-Man: Brand New Day. According to Parade, the company recently introduced two limited-edition flavors inspired by Spider-Man’s signature red-and-blue suit: Arctic Raspberry and Sugar-Free Raspberry Lemonade. The products are available through Liquid I.V.’s website, Amazon, and major retailers, including Target, Walmart, CVS, Kroger, and Walgreens.
The promotion arrives ahead of the release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which opens in theaters on July 31, 2026. The film continues Peter Parker’s story after Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which he chose to erase the world’s memory of his identity to save the multiverse. As a result, both Ned and MJ no longer remember him.
The upcoming new chapter is expected to explore Peter’s attempts to rebuild those relationships while navigating a new reality. Other cast members include Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, and Tramell Tillman.
