The Saw series has never been one for subtleties, but even by the super gory franchises’ standards, the new poster for Saw X is as direct as it is comically grisly.

Saw X sees the return of Tobin Bell as Jigsaw, and director Kevin Greutert has promised us more Jigsaw than ever. Plus the action takes us back to the start by setting this entry between Saw and Saw II.

So this poster is for those fans excited to have things back to the old ways. A simple message told in a distinctly Saw manner.

In Saw X, John Kramer, aka Jigsaw, is seeking medical help in Mexico after the events of the first film. When the clinic promising to cure his cancer turns out to be a sham, Jigsaw gets justice the only way he knows how. With inventive sickening traps.

Saw X will carve its way into theaters on September 29, 2023.
