ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive 10-minute preview for Haunted Heist. The newest horror comedy movie starring Rel Howery and Tiffany Haddish will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting today and will arrive on DVD on September 15, 2026. This comes nearly a year after the film had its world premiere at the 2025 Fantastic Fest.
“When a reunion trip turns into a robbery, four friends discover the mansion’s owners—ghosts from the 1950s—never left. Trapped by the spirits planning a demonic sacrifice, the friends must battle supernatural terror to survive the night,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in the Haunted Heist clip?
The video introduces four childhood friends: T, an ex-convict; Ron, a timid husband; Shari, a sharp-tongued aspiring social media influencer; and Ellis, a wealthy businessman. In the clip, they meet up at a creepy and dark mansion for a reunion, which was suspiciously organized by T. Ultimately, Ron, Shari, and Ellis found out about T’s real intention for bringing them together, which involved helping him rob a haunted house.
Haunted Heist was directed by Howery, with Carl Reid writing the screenplay based on the story by Josh Feldman and Sean King O’Grady. This serves as the Get Out star’s feature-length directorial debut. The cast also includes Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor, Karlous Miller, Ari Dayan, and Brett Gelman. The R-rated movie has a total runtime of 87 minutes.
The movie was produced by Feldman, Jesse Ford, O’Grady, and Reid. Executive producers were Kendall Anlian, Feras M. Shammami, and Priscilla Ross Smith. It hails from Sony Home Entertainment and Saban Films.
