Paramount+ Doubles Down on a Breakout Hit With Season 3 Renewal

Paramount+ has renewed one of its biggest crime drama hits for a third season. The renewal comes just ahead of MobLand‘s highly anticipated second season, which will bring more conflict, violence, and power struggles to the Harrigan family.

MobLand Season 2 premieres on Paramount+ on September 18, 2026. Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren will reprise their roles as Harry Da Souza, Conrad Harrigan, and Maeve Harrigan, respectively. The upcoming 10-episode season will follow the Harrigans as they face growing threats to their criminal empire.

What to expect from Season 2 as the Harrigan family’s war escalates

Season 2 will put the Harrigan family under greater pressure as new rivals threaten their criminal empire. Their fractured relationships could make it difficult for them to protect their power as tensions grow within the family.

Harry Da Souza will once again find himself caught in the middle of the conflict. As the Harrigans’ loyal and street-smart fixer, Harry must carefully navigate the family’s internal tensions while dealing with growing threats from their rivals. As violence spills into every corner of their lives, keeping everyone safe will become increasingly difficult.

The new season will also see loyalties tested as the power battle intensifies. Safety will remain uncertain, while shifting alliances could put the Harrigans at even greater risk. As the conflict grows more violent, the family will have little room for mistakes or mercy.

Season 2 stars Hardy, Brosnan, and Mirren alongside Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Teddie Allen, Emmett J. Scanlan, Jasmine Jobson, Johnny Flynn, Janet McTeer, Ophelia Lovibond, and Toby Jones.

The second season will consist of 10 episodes. Following the September 18 premiere, new episodes will stream every Friday, with the Season 2 finale arriving on November 20, 2026. Meanwhile, the first season is available to watch on Paramount+ globally.

With Season 3 confirmed, MobLand will continue the Harrigan family’s story beyond the upcoming season.
