The website further stated that Rule 53 means that unless the permission has been granted “by a statute or these rules,” the courtroom is not permitted to engage in allowing the use of cameras to take photographs during judicial proceedings.” Furthermore, any “broadcasting of judicial proceedings from the courtroom” will not take place.
