The 2023 sci-fi movie 65 is finally heading to Netflix as part of the schedule for July 3-9.
Starting Saturday, July 8, Netflix subscribers can watch 65 on their favorite streamer thanks to the pay-one-window deal Sony Pictures has with Netflix. Written and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place, Haunt), the film stars Adam Driver as Mills, a pilot stranded on a planet full of dangerous prehistoric creatures after a catastrophic clash. Produced by Sam Raimi, 65 hit theaters on March 10, 2023, grossing over $60 million during its theatrical run. The cast includes Ariana Greenblatt (Love and Monsters) and Chloe Coleman (My Spy).
Next week, Netflix will also release the first part of The Lincoln Lawyer season 2. The new season will debut on Thursday, July 6, featuring the return of L.A.’s hottest defense attorney, Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo). Based on the novel by Michael Connelly, The Lincoln Lawyer was created by Emmy-winner David E. Kelley. The series also stars Neve Campbell as Maggie McPherson, Becki Newton as Lorna Crane, Jazz Raycole as Izzy Letts, and Angus Sampson as Cisco. The upcoming sophomore season is based on the fourth book in The Lincoln Lawyer series, The Fifth Witness.
