Taylor Swift and Matty Healy’s public relationship rollout continued yesterday, when the new couple was photographed leaving her party at Electric Lady Studios in New York City together. At one point, Healy had his hand on Swift’s back, guiding her to their car.
Healy was also photographed earlier in the day leaving Swift’s apartment wearing a hat emblazoned with “Lover” (very on-the-nose given their “not just platonic” relationship) while carrying a Louis Vuitton overnight bag.
For the party, Healy wore all black, while Swift wore a NYU sweater (where she was awarded her honorary doctorate) and a black miniskirt.

Other attendees included Kendrick Lamar, Florence Welch, Margaret Qualley, and of course, the man who reportedly brought Swift and Healy back together, their shared producer Jack Antonoff.
A fan said that Healy confirmed to her and a group of other Swifties at Swift’s Philadelphia concert this Saturday that he and Swift were dating when asked about it point-blank. He was also seen spending time with Swift’s father at the show in a mark of how real their love story is.

On May 12, sources spoke to both People and Entertainment Tonight about the state of affairs between the two artists.
Entertainment Tonight’s source detailed that Swift “has moved on from Joe [Alwyn, her ex-boyfriend from whom she split in March] and is feeling great and confident.” With Healy specifically, “Taylor and Matty have known each other and have history, so there’s a comfortability factor there, but also feelings of excitement.”
And People’s source confirmed that this isn’t just a friendship: “They’re hanging out and having a good time. It’s not just platonic.”
A second source added, “Taylor is happy. She’s very focused on her tour but is enjoying hanging out with Matty when she is off.”
