On Saturday, Nov. 5, celebrities gathered to celebrate at the LACMA Art + Film Gala, with “Euphoria“‘s Sydney Sweeney pulling out all the stops for the red carpet at the Los Angeles event. The 25-year-old actor, who was styled by Molly Dickson, has been reveling in quite the fashion moment as of late, leaning heavily into embellishments with her latest Giambattista Valli Couture minidress. The bubblegum-pink look, reminiscent of a ballet dancer‘s, was replete with a plunging neckline and voluminous rosette sleeves crafted from tulle, capable of turning heads from miles away.
Sweeney’s number was coordinated with matching opaque tights, pink gemstone stud earrings, diamond rings, and sky-high silver glitter platform heels, also courtesy of Giambattista Valli. Her makeup, done by Melissa Hernandez, included highlighter, pink blush, a thick cat eye, and exaggerated lashes, while her hair was pulled back into a tight bun and parted at the side by Glen Coco Oropeza. Finally, Zola Ganzorigt provided a sharply shaped dusty-rose manicure.
While nearly every celebrity wore a look that was jaw-dropping, most of them stuck to their go-to silhouettes. In addition to Sweeney, Billie Eilish made her red carpet debut with new boyfriend Jesse Rutherford, coordinating in boudoir-inspired looks from Gucci that were crafted from an allover logo-printed silk.
Kim Kardashian, who loves a body-conscious design, chose a black leather turtleneck dress with gloves, designed by Balenciaga. Addison Rae was in attendance as well, sporting a vintage Jean Louis de Scherrer gown with a neckline that extended to below her navel, and naked-dress aficionado Kendall Jenner arrived in a totally sheer gown from Burc Akyol.
