On Friday, Megan Fox got her fans very excited when she posted on Instagram about seeking a girlfriend. Sharing photos and short video clips of herself in a fluffy purple bucket hat and a plunging halter top in magenta and black, she captioned the carousel, “Currently seeking a girlfriend. Please submit applications in the DMs.”
The response in her comments were pretty overwhelming, so Fox’s DMs were probably total chaos. Even her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, had something to say. In a comment on the pics, he wrote, “I don’t think you have the filing capacity for this request.”
It’s not clear if he objects to Fox having a girlfriend or if he thinks he keeps her too busy for one, but they clearly feel comfortable joking about it in public.
The engaged couple spent Christmas Eve together at Nobu restaurant in Malibu, dressing up for their night out. Fox wore a cream-colored ensemble with a furry jacket, and MGK was in a leopard print suit. The pair of been together since 2020, after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass that March. They got engaged in January of this year at the Ritz Carlton Dorado Beach resort, and Fox posted on Instagram that they “drank each other’s blood” in celebration afterwards.
In an interview with Glamour soon afterwards, she clarified what that meant.
“Yeah. So I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” she said. “It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”
