Kim Kardashian’s style is ever-evolving, but her most recent latex look has us believing that she’s found her groove again. The starlet appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Wednesday, April 13, wearing a black turtleneck silhouette that reminded us of the formfitting latex designs she wore back in the day, such as this beige Atsuko Kudo dress that she sported for a fragrance launch in Australia in 2014. The sleeveless number featured a scoop back, and she finished her look off with a pair of gray ankle boots. Kardashian pulled her hair back into a messy bun, leaving two strands loose to frame her face. At one point in the episode, she ran offstage screaming when DeGeneres pranked her with a fake spider. Kardashian also spent some time talking about her recent photo shoot for Vogue’s March 2022 cover story, for which she wore an avant-garde Loewe dress.
We’ve noticed a shift in Kardashian’s personal style away from the covered-up looks she’s been seen in over the past several months, including the bright-blue spandex Balenciaga gown with silver sunglasses she wore to the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. Most recently, she styled a pair of ripped jeans from Ludovic de Saint Sernin’s spring/summer 2022 RTW collection, pairing the early-2000s-reminiscent denim with a strapless, asymmetrical purple-ombré alligator tube top by fashion-favorite label No Sesso. Kardashian completed the look with a pair of beige pointed-toe heels and pulled her hair back into a sleek ponytail. She also flaunted a self-designed hot-pink Skims set while on vacation in Hawaii just a few days prior.
Ahead, take a look at Kardashian’s recent all-black-latex moment for her appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
