Here’s What Happens to Natalie (July 1)

The July 1 episode of General Hospital delivered explosive drama—literally. A firebomb at Charlie’s nearly claimed a life, while secrets, deaths, and confrontations rippled across Port Charles. Here’s a recap and all the spoilers from today’s episode.

Spoilers for what happens on General Hospital today on July 1, 2025

Kristina gets caught in a firebomb at Charlie’s

Kristina enters Charlie’s through the back door and notices gas on the floor. Before she can react, someone throws a Molotov cocktail through the window, igniting a massive blaze. She attempts to fight the flames, but the fire quickly spirals out of control. Meanwhile, Marco, who was en route to see his mother, spots the fire and rushes inside to save her. He covers them both with a tarp, and they barely escape through the back as Dante arrives.

Paramedics treat Kristina and Marco outside Charlie’s. Molly arrives in tears and embraces her sister. Alexis soon follows and explodes at Sonny, blaming him for the danger Kristina faced. She declares she will not bury another daughter and furiously insists Kristina should never have worked with her father.

Alexis confronts Sidwell over a shady business deal

At Wyndemere, Alexis meets with Sidwell and questions his suspicious import contracts. Sidwell brushes off her concerns, accusing her of targeting his son, Marco. Alexis stands firm, pointing out several legal red flags in his agreements with the local dock authorities. As the discussion unfolds, Sidwell receives a cryptic phone call confirming that “the job is done,” just as the fire erupts at Charlie’s.

Natalia does not survive the overdose

Marco was heading to the Metro Court after receiving frantic calls from Natalia. However, upon seeing the fire at Charlie’s, he chose to save Kristina first. Meanwhile, Chase and Anna break into Natalia’s hotel room after she doesn’t respond.

They find her unconscious, surrounded by pills and alcohol. Despite efforts to revive her at the hospital, Liz and Isaiah declare her dead. Anna grows suspicious of foul play, especially after Chase recalls seeing a man fleeing the scene.

Anna suspects arson while Sidwell panics about its aftermath

Back at the hospital, Anna orders an autopsy for Natalia but agrees to delay it until Marco is informed. At Wyndemere, Sidwell panics after learning about the fire, shouting over the phone that the building was supposed to be empty.
