According to Soompi, actor Park Min Jae died at the young age of 32 on November 29, 2024. The cause of death is reportedly cardiac arrest. Min Jae was in China at the time of his death. The actor’s agency, Big Title, released a statement following his death which, as shared by Soompi, read, “This is Big Title, the agency of actor Park Min Jae. Park Min Jae, a talented actor who loved acting and always gave his best, has passed away.”
“We deeply appreciate the love and support he received. Although we can no longer watch his performances, we will proudly remember him as a valued actor of Big Title. May he rest in peace.”
In an Instagram post, Min Jae’s brother shared a message after his death, the translation of which was shared by Korea JoongAng Daily. In this message, he stated, “My beloved elder brother has left us for a long rest. I hope many people will be there to see him go. I also hope you understand that I’m unable to contact everyone.”
Park Min Jae made his debut in the Korean entertainment industry in 2021 with the short drama series Mr. Lee. His other credits include Bo-ra! Deborah, The Korea-Khitan War, Tomorrow, and many more.
