This Week’s Episode
I have absolutely loved my entry into podcasting, and the very best part has been getting to know you, my listeners. This episode, I’m answering more of the questions you have submitted, including about the recent interest in compression socks, the side-effects of energy drinks, and how to motivate yourself to get to the gym if you don’t have a workout buddy.
I love answering your health questions and hope you’ll send me whatever is on your mind to answer in a new episode in 2023. I’d also love to know what health topics you would like to hear about in 2023!
Thanks so much for being my charter subscribers and first listeners on Beyond the Heart. If you enjoy the show, I’d be so grateful if you will leave a comment wherever you get your podcast to help others find us.
